Every build, audit, and system we deliver is custom intellectual property created specifically for you — not a license to a pre-made product. Once we've started work, that work has been done, so as a general rule we don't offer refunds.
The one stated exception: if we do not identify at least $5,000 in recoverable leaking revenue, the audit is free — you get a full refund, no argument. This is a specific, published guarantee for this tier only.
If you're not satisfied with the launched site, we keep revising it at no extra cost until you are — that's the guarantee for this tier, not a cash refund.
If a project fails outright — we can't deliver what was agreed, or something on our end makes the engagement genuinely unworkable — we'll refund what you paid, minus 30% to cover the time and work already completed. If you've already paid for a tier and later purchase another, whatever you've already paid is credited automatically — you're never charged twice for the same thing. See our pricing policy.
